MLE are essential to judge policy effectiveness, however in the complex policy influence MLE can be highly challenging. As a MLE system, we develop and integrate systems for learning and measurement into program. Our current areas include program monitoring, program evaluation, learning and knowledge management, measurement of results and feedback mechanisms. We also exchange information on tools, good practices and experiences in MLE. We provide regular information on project performance through a range of analysis to promote their efficient and effective implementation and operation. CSEPR empowers organisation with relevant and participatory MLE approaches and tools to boost organizations accountability, decision making, performance and learning practices.
