CSEPR capacity building encompasses human, scientific, technological, organizational, and institutional resource capabilities of different organizations. Main goal is to enhance the ability to evaluate and address the crucial questions related to policy choices and modes of implementation based on an understanding of potentials and limits. Our approach focus on making changes to enable organizations, institutions and agencies to enhance their capacities. We focus on series of actions in the development process to increase their knowledge, skills and understandings and to develop the attitudes needed to bring about the desired change. Our experience in working on a diverse range of projects provides us with an in-depth understanding of the issues and challenges faced by the stakeholders. Our understanding along with a pool of experts from the government, private sector and academician enables CSEPR to design innovative strategies. CSEPR assists organizations in capacity building and in strengthening organizational efficiency through innovative and effective ideas.
